Jaliigirr Biodiversity Alliance is proud to host a Eucalypts of the Dorrigo plateau workshop as a part of its “Koala Conservation Action in the Coffs Harbour & Bellingen ARKS” project.

Come and join us at a private conservation property in Fernbrook, for a morning walk through some unusual eucalypt forests on the Dorrigo plateau with local expert Ross Macleay and earn how to identify  common eucalypts of the area.

Address details and directions will be forwarded upon registration. Refreshments and light lunch will be on offer.

Bring: Hat, Sunscreen, Sturdy walking shoes and Water bottle. Bring any samples you want ID’d. Remember that an accurate eucalypt ID needs bark type, leaves, fruit and if possible, buds and juvenile leaves, and a note on where it’s from!

Carpool from Dorrigo available.
