Jaliigirr Bush Connect Project now in its 5th year!

The Jaliigirr Biodiversity Alliance Bush Connect Project – Funded by the NSW Environmental Trust – is now in its 5th year, and things are looking great! As can be seen from the photos below progress has been remarkable – in just 5 years, a former pasture along a riparian strip is now well on its way to recovering riparian rainforest.

The Bush Connect Program is a 10 year program funded by the NSW Environmental Trust aimed at improving ecosystem condition and connectivity across the Great Eastern Ranges. Jaliigirr Biodiversity Alliance is excited to be part of this innovative long term project – and the outcomes so far have been excellent.
